1. You are still signed in somewhere
Open your space on the device that still works, go to Settings and tap “Get a new code”. The old code stops working straight away and the new one shows on screen — write it down before you close it.

Clementime has no accounts and no passwords, so your code is the key. Here is how to get back in.
2. Someone else in your space can help
On a Family space, anyone already inside can add you again under Settings → People in this space. You get a fresh personal code to sign in with.
3. Nobody can get in
Email us at utkarsharya.pro@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and include the date of your payment. We can reopen the space you paid for. We never store your full code, so we can never read it back to you — we can only issue a new one.
